Huimin Wang

Chief Technician, currently a Senior Expert Consultant at Meikang Shengde Medical Laboratory, and formerly the Director of the Department of Laboratory Medicine at the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University. He is a Level II Chief Technician in the Department of Laboratory Medicine at the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University, a Standing Director of the National Council for Clinical Biochemistry and Molecular Diagnostics of Higher Medical Colleges, a Director of the Clinical Medicine Branch of the Chinese Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, an assessor for the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), an editorial board member of the journals *Laboratory Medicine* and *Traffic Medicine*. He previously served as a member of the 7th and 8th sessions of the Chinese Medical Association's Laboratory Medicine Branch, a member of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd sessions of the Clinical Laboratory Management Professional Committee of the Chinese Hospital Association, the Vice Chairman of the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th sessions of the Jiangsu Provincial Medical Association's Clinical Laboratory Medicine Branch, the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the *Journal of Clinical Laboratory Medicine*, and a member of the Clinical Laboratory Standards Professional Committee of the National Health Standards Committee. He has received one second-class Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, two third-class Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards, and four first-class Nantong Municipal Science and Technology Progress Awards. He has been awarded the titles of Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Expert of Jiangsu Province and Contributor to the Development of Science and Technology in Nantong City. He has published over 100 papers, including more than 30 papers as the first author or corresponding author in SCI-indexed journals.
