With over 20 years of experience in clinical laboratory medicine, he possesses extensive expertise in clinical laboratory construction and management, as well as clinical laboratory medicine techniques, and has published over 20 professional papers. He is currently a member of the Laboratory Medicine Committee of the Chinese Association of Research Hospitals, a member of the Laboratory Medicine Quality Management Committee of the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine, Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of Laboratory Medicine for Socially-Run Medical Institutions, a member of the Clinical Immunology Technology Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial Immunology Society, a member of the Laboratory Medicine Branch of the Zhejiang Provincial Medical Association, Vice Chairman of the Laboratory Medicine Branch of the Ningbo Medical Association, and Deputy Director of the Ningbo Clinical Laboratory Center.
